Being Diligent.

Everyone finds something to do at the start of Promiseland.

Then Katie and the RTK band led us all in worship. With two willing helpers!

Then watch out kids......lolly scramble!

Auntie Tammy had taught us the memory verse as an action verse. Can you remember and show your parents how it went? Remember to say it to your small group leader for an extra power buck next week.
Lazy people want much but get little,
but those who work hard will prosper and be satisfied.
Proverbs 13:4

Then Auntie Heather pulled 2 words from the M box.....this week we were talking about changing from being lazy to being diligent!

Diligent means to do our very best whenever we have a task to do.

Auntie Heather then told us the story of Noah. How God asked him to do a job and he did it to the best of his ability. He was asked to build an ark ....a large boat....and the people around him laughed but God said he did a great job and it saved Noah and his family and the animals he had gathered to have on board with him too.
Thanks for making it so interesting Auntie Heather!
Small group time involved getting from start to finish with a card game as we answered some questions about Noah and the job God gave him,
