Today we saw how the promises of God were fulfilled. The children had a visit from 'Anna', the prophetess who was always found in the temple worshipping God, and with Simeon, waiting for the promised Messiah they knew would come. Simeon blessed the baby Jesus when Mary and Joseph brought him to the temple. And Anna was so excited to see the baby she couldn't stop telling everyone about him.
